I made an inquiry here last march3 regarding my voluntary resignation from a company where i work as a seamstress.I never get to sign any letter of employment from that company.I was adviced by the moderator here that my obligation stopped the minute i rendered my resignation.Just now my employer sent me a letter intitled(NOTICE AND DEMAND FOR SPICIFIC PERFORMANCE).She is demanding that i should finish my unfinish job in there shop. What should i do.
