magandang araw po sa inyong lahat,,
Ask ko lng po kung puede kong ipa void ang aming kasal,,kinasal po kami noong 1990,17 yrs old lng po ang wife ko noon pero nagpagawa ang parents nya ng birth cert. na 18 yrs old na cya para kami makasal. After 17 years po ay sumama po sya sa iba at iniwan sakin ang apat na anak namin. salamt po ng marami,,,,

The law provides that marriages contracted by any party below 18 years, of even with consent of parents or guardians, shall be void from the beginning.

You may use this ground to file a Petition for Declaration of Nullity of Marriage.

follow up lng po,,kailangan po ba ng presence ng wife ko pag nag file ako ng petition,,di ko na alam kasi kung san sya nakatira ngayon,at san po ako puede mg file,,sa GMA cavite po ako nakatira at dun din kami kinasal,,thanks a lot,,,,,

Hindi na po kailangan ng presence ng wife ninyo. But it is necessary po na mabigyan sya ng proper notice, magagawa lang po yun kung alam ninyo kung saan sya mapapadalhan ng notices and court orders.

You can file the petition before the RTC of the province or city where you are residing.
