Arresto Menor

Hi good day is there a case in falsification of documents for a housing loan in pagibig like payslips, certificate of employment and compensation and other documents needed for the application of housing. All documents are sent to the realty for back tracking since the owner of the supposed company is part of the conspiracy the housing loan was approved. Is there a way the realty can recover the house since all are already approve? thank you in advance...
