I am a lessee of a house. The lessor apparently threat me to be evicted from the house for the reason that my boyfriend @ seldom times slept in the house. By gossip what he knew is that my boyfriend is still married and had two kids. I claimed a part of it is true but my boyfriend is already separated. Thus, we don't have any contract signed with regards on renting the house. He just verbally told us that the only thing he doesn't want is for us to bring a dog during our stay. For this matter can i have the right to sue him for the near future of being discriminated due to baseless accusation and mere gossip.
