Good day po,

Sa ngaun may dumating na demand letter from their atty. at pinababayaran sa kanya ang worth P30,000 plus at may resibo daw na hawak, nakalagay duon ay "The receipts are now in their hands but you deny to pay; and your whereabout is unknown/can not be located/disappeared without paying the afore-stated amount. In view hereof, I am sending you this demand letter to settle your account with my client otherwise we will be constrained to file appropriate case against you in court"

Maraming Salamat oi

dmaerose, first no criminal complaint can prosper because it was outside ph territory. if they file a case for collection, argue that the rate of interest is unconscionable and should be reduced.
