I have a serious questions...

How can I anonymously report a drug dealer/user in our neighborhood?

What specific information should I obtain before reporting?

I really need to know the steps/instructions about this because there's always an activity in our neighborhood that involves dangerous drugs.

congrats go gettn telllllll nobody but yourself. after they are caught and you brag that it was you then you will have trouble.

Report them to the police station usually there is an anti illegal drugs task force or you can report to the barangay so that surveillance can be set up.

Very hard to be involved in these things though. Try to record something as well.
