Hello! my friend had left the country for 20 years ago because she escaped from her abusive drug addict/pusher husband and their marriage was forced and that is the reason she escaped in the first place.
She is now in USA and married to a USA Citizen.
The husband there is now in jail due to a recent drug bust as he was caught. now the question is, she has her husband's siblings on her facebook as a friend and they contacted her, treatened and blackmailed her if she don't help him to pay the bail of half millions pesos they will file a bigamy case against her. the question is can her husband siblings file a case against her even she is living in the USA?
