Arresto Menor

In creating an Extrajudicial Settlement, are the heirs required to include all properties at the time of death?

can they settle amongst themselves only those properties they want to partition stating that they are waiving their rights to claim on all other properties not enumerated?

most will only declare registerable properties such as cash in bank accounts, real estate and cars. it is a tax crime not to declare everything
