Arresto Menor

Im separated for 2 years before my ex wife got pregnant with another man, could I use that as ground for annulment even if were allready seperated when she commited adultery? one more thing, she used my lastname for her baby without my knoledge

not a basis for annulment. she is required to use your last name. you have to file a complaint to impugn the child.
