Good Day! My case is about falsification of documents thru reckless imprudence. In good faith Im just doing my duties as employee. My employer paid all the bail bond and all the expenses of an attorney. My question is this, if I had the opportunity to work abroad does the trial court will allow me to go abroad to work there even though my intention is to work and not to escape my case. For info its been a year and up to now were still on a pre-marking stage. I know this will take a long period of years. Pls. give me an advice for my problem. Thanks in advance!!
