kung meron po akong special power of attorney to sell a real estate nang isang kamag-anak. ano po ba ang ilalagay sa deed of sale? do i need to write my name? paano po isusulat ang deed with power of attorney.. salamat po.

Best solution is to get the services of the lawyer, show him/her the SPA, and the Deed of Sale will be drafted with the SPA attached and incorporated in the Deed of Sale.
