good day! i just wana seek advice pano po kung hindi na itutuloy ung rental namin ng house. we hav 1 yr contract, 3 month deposit 3 mon.advance ung binayaran namin which cost P450,000 in total. more than a month pa lang kme nakatira here but because of some personal reasons, need namin iwan ang house, may makukuha pa po b kme khit half or konti sa binayaran namin. salamat po and Godbless.
