kamusta po? nais ko po sana tanungin kung maari po bang maging grounds ng paghihiwalay kung ang asawa ay nananakit ng anak at nakakaranas po ng verbal abuse at problemang sexual, at hindi nasosoportahan ng maayos ang aming pamilya... maraming salamat po

if only to live separately, these are more than valid grounds for the abused spouse and children to leave the house or request a protection order from the court.

thanks po sa pagsagot niyo po.... isa pa po pala tatanungin ko po sana kung yung mga anak ko eh mapupunta sakin yung custody? kasi po natatakot ako na baka guluhin niya ko kung sakali makipaghiwalay ako dahil po sa mga anak namin... maraming salamat po...
