Peace!
Hi Sir/Madam,
I need Profesional your advice on any legal matters you can give concerning of a Land property that was given(donated) to me from my mother last 2008 who is now 91yrs old and with approved and sign by my siblings. then later I transfer it to my name year after with it all the fees & taxes payed.
Now things came up they(siblings) all plan to take it back with the lead of my mom to be sold and divided the earning.
the reason not sure but a hint of Jealousy
or just plain greed.
But since i dont want any trouble even if it is under my name I was gladly enough to return it without any fight for rights.
Here the land proterty has long time been rented until now and was not monitor by my mother to pay the business tax, the 5days business permit notice came address to my mother since its still under her and the income all goes to her as well. But the property is under my name. My Question are:
1) the (my) property was already given back to her yet still under my name. And the proterty still with tenant with under her (business permit)while also the income.
Will i be sued for this or what shall i do best?
2) Since my sibling is eager to get the sales done!
Whos responsibility to work all the deed of donation papers so that they can sell it and divide, what is my best options in which I will not be taking part of their Plans as well as their earning.
3) Is it a good move to make a deed of donation back to my mother?, bec she is not buying but only wants it back for money(sale) reason.
Right now i`m confuse of the situations, Me and my wife is been affected already.I hope we can all pass this trails and stay away from them from now on..
Thank you very much whatever advices you can give, I highly appreciated. God Bless and more wisdom to you. Smile

Patrick
