false name of parents sa birth certificate

hello magandang araw po sa inyo... tanong ko lang po..is it possible to have my daughter's birth certificate to be null and void..? kasi po ang pangalan po ng parents na nakasulat sa certificate nya is my mum and dad... kasi po nung pinanganak ko po sya ( i was single then) i was told by my parents na isunod sa name nila.. ngayon po eh nakapag abroad po ako and resident citizen na po ako dito sa uk.. gusto ko pong kuhanin yung anak ko ang kaso po ang sabi sa akin dito eh ayusin ko po muna daw yung birth certificate ng anak ko. If ever po na pwede what would be the worst case scenario na mangyayari with my parents? kasi po alam ko po na falsification of documents po ito.. and ayoko po silang mabilanggo dahil dito.Ang gusto ko lang po eh mabago yung papel ng anak ko.. please tulungan nyo naman po ako tungkol dito, naguguluhan na po kasi ako and nangungulila sa anak ko.. ahh maraming salamat po. atleast may idea na po ako kung ano ang pwedeng gawin para po itama itong pagkakamali po... Salamat po ulit ..

kung magfile po ba ng petiti0n for cancellation of the entry of birth wala po bang magiging kaso un sa parents nya?at paano po ang proseso?we have the same situation po kc pls answer me and give some advice thanks po.
