Hi, ask ko lang po, i had my child when I was 17, my parents decided na ipangalan sa knila yung bata, meaning my child's parents sa nso nya is yung parents ko. Making him my sibling. Ayoko sana ng gnung set up kaya lang gnun yung ginawa nila that time, so ngayon na im now married (hindi sya yung father ng anak ko), gusto sana namin ipangalan na samin yung bata. Ano pong dapat at mas mabilis na gawin para maayos yung birth certificate nya? Also, yung mga papers nya like baptismal, kumpil and school records.. Pano po mapapalitan ng name ng parents un? Need your advise po. Thank you!

Pano po bang process ng adoption? Also, gaano po katagal yung pag process nun?

How about po kung ipapa late registration nlng daw po to correct it?
Or mali po bang ipa late resgister na under ng name namin?

naka register na yung BC nung bata diba? so pano nyo ipapalate register. Don't correct a mistake with another one.

what your parents did was simulation of birth which is a crime. Para maitama yung name ng bata, kakailanganin nyo patunayan sa korte na nagkasala yung mga magulang mo.

The child was already registered. You will create a double entry that will be harder to fix. Besides, between two entries, it is always the first entry in the civil registry that will be honored.

You and your new husband have to adopt the child. What your parents did was criminal.
