hi po atty, ask lang po kung anong grounds ba pwede kong gamitin sa mr. ko para ma-annull yung kasal namin? kinasal po kami nung 1999, then nalaman ko po na kinasal sya uli nung 2010, nakita ko po yung mga litrato ng kasal nila nung babae kaya naniwala po ako nagpakasal nga sya, at may anak na po sila nung babae..kung kakasuhan ko po ba sya ng concubinage/bigamy eh pwede din po yung maging grounds para ma-annull yung kasal namin? sana po eh mapagtuunan nyo ng pansin ang tanong ko.. salamat po

Infidelity is not a ground for annulment. Consult with a lawyer and give more details, perhaps grounds for annulment will be uncovered.
