Please help...

I just want to ask which will cost me less for transfering a land title. Deed of donation or Deed of sale.

The zonal value of my land in Bulacan is P2500/sqm, but the value of it if you will buy it in the developer is P5,800/sqm. The tax declaration was P84k. The 84sqm land was exucuted through deed of donation by my mother to me with a signature by my father. My questions are,

1. How much is the Tax if DOD and DOS?
2. What are the other expenses I have to pay?
3. How much is the total cost for the transfer if DOD and DOS.
4. Documents needed and step by step procedures if DOD and DOS.

Deed of Donation would usually cost less than a Deed of Sale transfer provided the donor and donee are relatives.

You may ask more about it with the officer of the day at BIR. Here is a reference:

Puede non-relative or stranger pero higher maging donors tax 30% pls refer to above BIR website link on donors tax.
