You need to consult a lawyer for a thorough interview to determine if you have ground/s to nullify or annul your marriage. If the other grounds are not available, lawyers often resort to declaration of nullity of marriage on the ground of psychological incapacity. An expert psychologist/psychiatrist will help to examine your case and determine that you, your husband or both of you are psychologically incapacitated to comply with your respective marital obligations.
