Dear Atty.,

Good morning!

I just want to ask if i am a contractual employee, will i have the right to be a regular employee? or will HR department just renew my contract? because that's what they are telling me right now. they cannot make me a regular employee due to the contract that i signed (contractual appointment)
can you give me advice/s?
