Hi! Need your advice re this situation. Merun po akong kinasuhan ng BP22. We are almost done with our mediation and will soon sign compromise agreement. Apparently the alleged asked me if they can get the bounced checks in lieu of the new checks that they will replace. I told them , NO , it is the only hard evidence that I have in the event that they again fail to pay their obligation. Im losing my patience na... I want to bring this case sa court na. Any advice please. Thanks and more power
