Hi Attorney, Good day.

May I ask if the Parents of a minor daughter, 13 years old, can file, or have the right to file any charge , if there is, to the child's boyfriend, 19 years old, given that the Parents already asked the fiance to end the relationship but refuses to and insisted that he loves the little girl?

What are the Legal remedies Attorney that can be warned or applied against the finace to stop corrupting the young girl's feelings, emotions and thinking....?

what corruption are you claiming he is committing? is he trying to have sexual intercourse with the child?

if it's just courtship and the girl has fallen in love, there is no crime. thirty years ago, they could even marry when she turns 14
