good morning po sa inyo..just to ask lang kung paano ma correct ang error (middle name)i filled up of my daughters birth certificate submitted in NSO..d2 po sa dubai sya ipinanganak at sa dubai consulate ko ipina register last 2006..unang passport nya was taken here in dubai, for renewal na ang passport at andun sya sa pilipinas, w/c the DFA requires copy of her birth cert from NSO, and found out na mali yun middle name nya...THANKS po ng marami...
