atty, if yung asawa po ba nahuli na may picture na kasama yung kabit at aminado na may kabit pwede na po bang proof yung picutures kung sakaling pagdating sa korte itanggi nia bigla? tska email conversations po pwede po bang proof yun? plus mga tao na pwede mag pa tunay na may iba na siyang kinakasama?

i assume you are the wife. if so, the crime you should be asking about is ra 9262 or concubinage.

to use the email conversations, you have to show that you have permission. imo, those pieces of evidence are not sufficient for conviction.
