Hi,

Please help me I need advice regarding sa na experience ko sa aking client. May binili sya item sa store namin then after binabalik nya after 6 months like nya palitan ng brand new nag iinsist sya at galit na galit ng di ako pumayag minura ako..then like nya ko saktan at pinagbataan papatayin..habang ang sister nman nya ay inaakusahan ako na manloloko at may hidden agenda... Nagsiisgaw sila at nagtataray nagbanta din po ang aking customer na maninira ng gamit sa store..
Dapat ko na ba sila kasuhan?
Ano po pwede ko ikaso sa kanila?
