i wanted to ask if what will be the punishment for my sister who beat me with a kettle in the head and it resulted to lacerated wound 3cm frontal area. i wanted to sue her..she is 34 years old and i am 30 years old. it is not the first time she tried to hurt me. the last time was years ago already.

then you can file slight physical injuries. if convicted, it is P200 and or 1 month imprisonment
