condo water leaks / parking size not based on paid contract

Hi,

I would appreciate getting legal advice on how to handle my problem with our condo unit.

We purchased a condo unit thru bank loan and a parking thru in-house financing. Parking is now fully paid. Condo unit still under bank mortgage.

After moving in 2008 we encountered water leaks problems inside bedrooms every rainy season. Periodically there is also some water leak marks in the bedrooms I think from problematic piping system (rainy or dry season). It's been years of complaints and follow up and the development has not attended to the problem.

Another issue is when the parking slot paid at 12.5sqm was finished, it was not turned over to us properly by the turn over group. Only the property management office mentioned to us that we can use. The parking has not been labelled. Worst, measurement is only 8.96sqm. I was demanding for a refund and adjustment on my contract for the lost measurement but again no results on my demand.

What else can I do?
