Good evening guys. we are renting a condo unit and we have a pet. we got a letter from the admin complaining about odor coming from our unit. we found a replacement maid and did general cleaning.yet our condo admin cut off our water supply and ayaw nila ibalik unless we get rid of our pet.wala na ba talaga kaming magagawa? rinescue lang namin yung pet namin and we really love him very much Sad

file a case at the bgy against the condo administrator. talk to the association president.

by pet, you mean a dog or cat?

We already talked to the condo building engineer and submitted a letter. They want to inspect first the unit before forwarding the letter to head office. It's been a week and we're having a hard time. Our pet is a cat.
