Federal Land Inc. will put up an establishment in our fully paid parking spaces without our consent

Arresto Menor

Hi,

I bought a condo unit and a second floor parking space from Federal Land Inc. (partner of Metrobank). The unit and parking are both fully paid.

On November 2011, we received a letter from the admin informing us that the 2nd floor parking area will be closed due to construction and improvement works. At that time, we were made to believe that it was due to the construction of another tower adjacent to ours and our "safety" was their concern.

while they put up a dry wall blocking entry to the parking spaces, we were given temporary parking spaces but they are either beside the garbage dump or very far from our the parking spaces that we own.

Whenever we follow up with the admin on when our parking spaces will be returned to us, their answer will always be "there are still no directive from the people in charge...".

Recently, we received news from their Project Managers and construction workers working in that area that they are converting it into a supermarket. When the admin is asked, they still answer us with the same dialogue ..."they dont know and there are still no directive..."

Federal Land Inc deceived us into believing that we were just being temporarily relocated until some reinforcement on our parking spaces is completed. They never told us the truth about their intention on our property which they were either selling or getting into a partnership with a supermarket chain store. Federal Land Inc is usurping our property, causing us extreme stress and anxiety.

My questions are:
1. What steps should we (unit owners) take now? The people in charge of Federal Land Inc. will not talk to us.
2. Where and how can we get for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) the fastest way to stop them from further constructing on our property and to give us access to our parking spaces immediately?
