Hi,
My problem is that NSO would not issue my BC with the "remarks/annotation" at the back. They're asking me for documents to have it fixed. Yung Civil registrar BC ko kasi under my mother's last name then sa likod may note na "legitimated through marriage" kaya ko nagamit yung last name ng father ko. Problems are:
1. My father is already dead.
2. Walang record sa Civil Registrar yung marriage nila. Pero may copy ako nung "marriage certificate" nilang luma.
Not sure if yung admission of paternity document na meron ako ay pwede or legit. Di ko na try ipa check kung may record di yun.
When i asked clarification from the people in the the Civil Registrar may binangit sila na need na daw ng legal assistance. What should i do?
