few questions please... i want to file a legal separation against my husband and the problem is i'm working abroad,,is it possible to file the case in this situation? if yes, what are the things i need to do. if no,what must i do..i am only allowed to go for a vacation for a maximum of 40days and once a year... thanks,,,will wait for your honest and legal advice...

yes, it is possible even if you actually refer to an annulment. you should have a lawyer, and you can verify your petition before the philippine consulate.
