Good a.m. attorney,,

gusto ko lang po itanong if pwede ba ma dissmiss ang kaso for about 10 years na.. and what are the legal steps so that case will be closed. It was happen nuon pa pong 1994, and if wala an ang complainant, what will happen... need ko po talaga ng advice na galing po sa inyo. Wala naman kasi akong ibang paraan lalo na wala naman akong work dahil d ako maka apply dahil hindi ako makakuha ng NBI.... Salamat po...

the only way to find out is to file bail and go through with trial. if the complainant will not appear it will be dismissed.
