grave oral defamation

i was charged of grave oral defamation by my aunt due to a verbal fight we had at our house ... my mother filed a counter complaint at the same time. so she filed a case against me and my mother against her.....a barangay hearing was conducted ....in the hearing the only location discussed was an oral defamation at our house ... no amicable settlement was made...we didnt plan to file a court case to stop it there but they did...surprisingly..i received a warrant of arrest 2 counts of grave oral defamation one in the baranagy hall and 1 at home... and my mother also received a warrant of arrest for grave oral defamation when in fact she didnt receive a complaint at the barangay.. we bailed out ....please tell us what to do?
