ACR I-card renewal

Good day.

I would just like to ask what my friend could do with his case.

His ACR I-card will expire on May 5, 2012. He already extended his visa but he was told that he also has to renew his ACR I-card as well. He will be leaving the country on April 20, 2012 and will be back on May 20, 2012. He is worried that upon his return he will have problems with his I-card since it's expiration date is May 5, 2012.

He plans to renew his I-card now but we heard that it takes a month to process it but he will be leaving on the 20th of April. Will there be any problems about this when he comes back? He already had his visa extended but not his I-card. What can he do?

Is there any way for him to be able to come back here in the Philippines?

what blacklist is this? if you are referring to the derogatory list, then it doesn't prevent him from going in, but going out.

He's a foreigner and he was charged of over staying here and his visa was fake. He didn't know about it because his visa was processed by an agency. He was instructed to return to his country. He would like to come back here in the Philippines but we heard that he was blacklisted so he could not come back. What could he do about this case?

first determine at the bureau of immigration whether he is in the derogatory list.
