Gusto ko lang po sana humingi ng advice tungkol sa contract ko.
Prob(probationary) employee pa lang po ako at 2nd week ko pa lang po sa work ko, gusto ko po sanang mag-resign sa current job ko for some personal reason kaso medyo nag-aalangan ako dahil sa mga nakalagay sa contract, ito po yung some part:
1. You are being engaged on a probationary period of six months from your employment date. During this period, your job performance will be evaluated by your superiors based on reasonable standards and your adherence to company policies made known to you at the commencement of your employment. Within this period, either party reserves the right to terminate this employment offer by serving one month of written notice on either side.

To ensure the stability of operations and optimize our resources effectively, we will require you to commit to stay with us for at least one (1) year unless there are serious matters beyond your control like health issues. SHould you fail to complete this commitment, you shall indemnify (current company), within five (5) days from demand, equivalent to two (2) months compensation.
