My mom is 62 years old, being slapped, tweak, and bit by the a Lady aged 22yo! is there a possibility to imprison the girl because of her brutality to my mom? tnx!

Im not a Lawyer,,, take your Mom to the Government Hospital and ask for a Legal Medical Certificate,,, then Blotter the girl at your Police Station.. You go to the Public Prosercuter (Fiscal) or FREE Government Lawyer... you can file SLIGHT PHYSICAL INJURY or SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURY...
