Good day.

Our company received its SEC Certificate last Jan. 15, 2010, with the following information:

Authorized Capital Stock: Php3,500,000.00
Subscribed Capital Stock: Php875,000.00
Paid-Up Capital Stock: Php350,000.00
No. of Stockholders: 7

We have not issued any Stock Certificate since then. We are now planning to issue stock certificates, but the current information are as follows:

Authorized Capital Stock: Php3,500,000.00
Subscribed Capital Stock: Php3,500,000.00
Paid-Up Capital Stock: Php3,500,000.00
No. of Stockholders: 10

Please kindly inform us of the correct steps to undertake.

Thank you.

@attyLLL Yes, they were actually received by the corporation. As a matter of fact, all of them are already paid-up.
