Arresto Menor

Question lang po about Reckless Imprudence. Pwede po ba ako mag file ng Reckless Imprudence case sa nakabangga ng aking sasakyan? I already have Police Report favoring my part. The owner promised to pay the damage using his insurance, pero hindi po sya nakikipag coordinate. Ako pa ngayon ang naghahabol sa kanya at laging nakikiusap. Maliit lang po ang damage ng sasakyan, 25k po ang estimate ng casa. Thanks.
