I'm planning to buy a house and lot but I don't want it to be considered as conjugal property.My husband and I are separated not legally for a few months now due to marital/sexual infidelity.Would it be possible for me to ask for separation of property even if this will be the first conjugal property that we will have if ever.Thank you.
