Renewal of U.S. Visa

My daughter and her husband are Filipino citizens and were married in America. They are currently living in Las Pinas.They have a 3 year old son who was born in New York and has autism. My daughter will be renewing her US visa under her maiden name as per her new passport next month. She would like to know if she will declare her son (for fear of being denied)since she was not married in the philippines.She would like to bring the child to the U.S. for medical treatment of his disability but then she was thinking they might take him away since he is an American citizen.

you really should consult an expert in US immigration, but i'd think she should declare everything, and no, they shouldn't take her child.
