Arresto Menor

We have been receiving malicious emails since last December spreading lies about myself (that i have been having affairs with coworkers). Along with the false claims, the emails have also supplied details about company events and personnel. Because of this I have a strong reason that this sender is also from the same company I am working for. Things have become unbearable at work (and at home) that I suspect somebody just wants me out. Would this be considered constructive dismissal? Thank you.
