you should discuss his annulment with his lawyer. don't live in with him in the philippines so the wife will not have a case against you

Wala pong intensyon to live together until the case is over. Papano po atty yung BC ng bata? hindi pa po kasi nakapirma yung guy sa BC nung bata. Would it be advisable na asikasuhin nya ang Paternal Acknowledgement habang ongoing ang kaso? Hindi naman po nya itinatanggi ang bata dahil hindi naman talaga maitatanggi at kamukha nya. Pero since tinanggalan na din nmn sya ng karapatan sa bata at may intensyon din po mag asawa ng iba yung wife, is it advisable?

what bata? who is the mother of that child?
the wife can charge him with all those matters, and he can use what you said to defend himself, if he can prove them.
was this call overseas? if so, i don't think a case can be filed here.
