Hi Atty,

good day..

ask ko lang if pwedeng grounds ng annulment / void yung pagpapakasal na without consent or knowledge of both side parents?, i am 27 y/o on that time and my wife was 25. Pinakasalan ko sya sa huwes kasi nabuntis ko sya, but even her hindi nya alam that time na deretso kasal na kami.

as of now kasi hindi na kami nag sasama for nearly 3 years, becuase she commits infidelity / adultery, nag usap kami para ayusin nalang ang annulment na magaan sa amin.

25 & 27 are far too old for a parents consent! your married is valid no doubt! in order to annul you need a strong grounds!
