can you consider the reasons below as grounds for annulment?

what would happen?

also may i ask, if both parties doesn't have any communication at all for 5 or more years, what will happen with the marriage? can we file a case to void the marriage?

from what I know ibang birth certificate ang gamit nung lalake

they were 22 and 23 years old back then

We're going to spend big amount of money and most of all the TIME, all we wanted to know is if he losses interest or shall we say sa una lang sya magaling at maga-attend, what will happen? matitigil ba ang trial?mawawalan ho po ng saysay yung TIME at Effort pag-attend ng ANNULMENT CASE?

If proven definitely ground for annulment for falsification of public documents marriage is null and void from the start!

RAYMOND Vincent was the name of the ex-husband.
School records and other documents was under this name.

but the birth certificate that was used is in the name of "Vicente L**a"
if we prove this, how long would this case take? and how much do we need to prepare?

NO! the case will continue and if he continuously ignore it, he will be in trouble and the annulment is likely to be granted on your favour!
*This is a good news, this is all we need to know to move on. All in all how much do we need to prepare?how long would it take?
