Arresto Menor

the decision came out twice that the case had won. at first when the decision came out the respondent filed an appeal and after several months the second decision came out and the respondent are going to file MR. my question is...
would there be any chances that the motion for reconsideration of the respondent be denied?

this is with regards to labor cases
