Bar exam results out Wednesday—SC spokesman

MANILA, Philippines — The result of the 2011 Bar exam will be released on Wednesday, Supreme Court Spokesman Jose Midas Marquez said.
In a text message, Marquez said the results, to be released 2 p.m. on Wednesday, would be the earliest since the Bar changed its exam format from essay type to multiple choice. It is usually released in March or before the high court starts its summer session in Baguio.
Considered as the most difficult licensure exam, a total of 6,200 took the 2011 Bar exam held for the first time at the University of Santo Tomas for four Sundays in November.
INQUIRER.net will be posting the complete list of successful Bar examinees.

While 65% passed the MCQ portion of the 2011 Bar Exams, the National Passing Percentage is only 35% due to the very low passing grades in the Memorandum & Legal Opinion Writing Portion! Nonetheless, 35% will already come out as a big news to many this week when the results will finally come out. I hope the SC will no longer make any adjustments to it! - From Atty. According to Justice Abad 34% passed the MCQ, 15% passed the Trial Memorandum and 60% passed the Legal Opinion
