last night may mga text na kumakalat that there MIGHT BE some credit or bonus sa tax..praying that it is true kasi kulang na nga yung oras to finish both type of test tapos mahirap pa ung pagkagawa ng questions. sunny

dapat i incorporate ang tax na yan sa ibang subject. at dapat %40 ang ethics para mababait at matitino na ang mga ma admit na lawyers. Mas matino pla kasi dati ng matino sila

Ang hirap talaga nung TAX. Ang haba nung mga essay questions and each question requires long answers. Tapos yung oras ang higpit! Grabe!! Also,yung pagkaka frame pa nung mcq ibang klase! Sa mcq hindi maiwasan na wag magbura dahil yung pasabog na tanong nakalagay sa baba ng mga choices. That was crazzzzzzzy! Sad

mahirap talaga ang 2012 bar exam s taxation . kagabi or the other day ko lang nakita. kinuha sa SC decided cases ang ibang tanong. at sobra katricky ang pagkaframe s questions.

mahirap lang talaga ang tax kasi karamihan sa mga naging teacher din natin sa LAW SCHOOL, puro libro lang ang alam. so ang maturo nila, hanggang libro lang din. hehehe.

dapat tax practitioner ang magturo sa atin na lawyer s tax subjects.
