Hi,
I need clearance from my previous Company who has banned me of 300K. For them to release documents that I needed, I am suppose to issue post dated checks.
Since the need for the document is asap, I am thinking of providing post dated checks and will be asking them to sign a document that all those checks are for the said Employment bond.
If ever po ba na i-raise ko to sa DOLE and would find favor (if ever), posible po ba na mabawi yun mga checks na naissue?
