I would like to seek advise lang po sana...
Ang main problem ko po is, my Aunt posted my Name sa FB wall nya saying HINDI AKO TATAHIMIK (MY NAME) KUMUKULO DUGO KO SAYO AKO PA KINALABAN MO HA! ANG DAMI DAMI MONG SINASABI" we used to exchange Private messages sa FB nya, ang issue nmin is about sa pagpunta nila sa bahay ng IN-LAWS ko (w/o my consent, my IN-LAWS and I are not in good state and they know that!) I message them and I asked them, bakit sila pumunta where in they can contact me sa FB ko or CP number sana they check on their resources muna before making any move. They are my relatives and ang pinuntahan nila is IN-LAWS para lang daw puntahan kami kasi balita nila dun kami nakatira. My parents or even my sister hindi nagtangka pumunta dun sa bahay ng IN LAWS ko without my knowledge kasi they know my status. Hindi ko na din inalam kung ano ang puspose nila kung bakit sila pumunta ang point ko, ayoko ng may pumupunta na kamag anak ko. I didn't say any foul words sa kanila sa private messages and I just asked lang, I didn't threaten them either.. Nagulat ako, kagabi nakita ko sa wall nya ung mga post nya and there are a lot of comments from my relatives, her friends and mga neighbors namin before na hanggang ngayon nakikita ko pa din dito sa place namin. I didn't reacted or even post on his account, I didn't sent any messages at all.. She sent another private message to me saying "SH*T KA! and T******** KA" and sa FB wall nya there is a word againts me saying "G*GO SYA!". I want to file a case against her kasi she emotionally stressed me and my family specially my mom and my sister.. She really ruined my name and even indicated my FULL NAME on her Wall post.
What case I file against her po? Until now, hindi ako sumasagot sa mga messages nya and nag check ako just now.. she deleted yung ibang post nya sa wall nya with my full name but I have the screenshot of it.
