Hi Attorney,
I am receiving death threats from an unknown number. I suspect someone na gumagawa nito so tinest ko kung sya nga.
I called the number of the person im suspecting and the number of the person who is sending me threats.
I found out that the one whose giving me threats is the same person i'm suspecting kasi parehas ung tunog ng environment nila.
So I accused that person without any hard copy of proof. Ngaun, nagdedemanda sya kasi daw inaaccuse ko sya ng wala daw basehan.
Pano ko po kaya sya lalabanan gayong, ako na po ang na agrabyado, binaliktad pa po ako.
Please advise po..

how did you accuse that person? and based on your evidence of same audio surroundings, that is not very good evidence.

I know its not a good evidence. parang sa galit ko, i already accused him. sabi nia magdedemanda dw sya.. ano po kaya pwede niyang ikaso nia saken? sa text ko po sya inaccuse. at ano po ang pwede kong ipanlaban kasi sure talaga ako na sya ung nagbibigay ng death threats..

he can charge you with unjust vexation. you can make a counter charge, but i don't believe it has a good chance to prosper

If ever matalo ako sa kaso na to, kasi mahina nga ang panlaban ko, ano po kaya ang penalty ko? makukulong ba ko? Magbabayad ng malaki?

it depends what you are actually charged with, but i'm sure it will be a very light penalty which is covered by the probation law
